Considered by many to be his finest race, Nigel Mansell's performance in the 1987 British Grand Prix is the stuff of legend. In what was essentially a two-car battle from the start, hometown hero Mansell would pit from second place for tires on Lap 29, and would then hunt down Williams teammate Nelson Piquet, narrowing a 30-second gap with a succession of record-breaking laps until at last passing Piquet just two laps from the finish. The car that carried "Our Nige" to victory at Silverstone, the Williams FW11B, is now the subject of an exquisite 1:18-scale resin replica by Spark, featuring an incredibly accurate livery (complete with supplementary sponsorship stickers for an even more realistic effect), along with detailed suspension components and gearbox.
