Models offered on "Pre-Order" status are still in development or pre-production with their respective manufacturer. By placing your pre-order with Model Citizen, we will order and reserve your selected model(s) for delivery to you once the model reaches production. Once your model ships to you, you will be notified and provided with tracking information.

To ensure we are able to fulfill pre-orders, we will collect payment in full upfront for any pre-ordered models. You may cancel a pre-order at any time and for any reason, however, we will retain a 15% cancellation fee (the balance of the purchase amount will be refunded to you).

All items offered on a pre-order basis will include the manufacturer's ETA. Please note that this is 1) only an estimate, and 2) based solely on information provided by the manufacturer. Model Citizen Diecast is not responsible for delays by the manufacturer. We will, however, endeavor to provide updates on delivery dates whenever possible.

Occasionally, pre-ordered models may have their production cancelled by the manufacturer. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to the customer.
